All my postpartum packages are centred around a series of visits in your home that typically last between three to four hours at a time.
At the start of each visit, we’ll sit down together to discuss how you’re feeling and how I can best help you feel supported and nurtured that day. This may include any of the following:

Compassionate and non-judgemental emotional support
Discussing how to increase oxytocin and identifying what brings you ‘peace and joy’
Warming touch massage
Treating you to a foot soak
Goal and intention setting
Helping to identify and establish boundaries
Identifying potential issues and working with you to problem solve
Attending appointments with you if you’d like a bit of extra support
And of course, a great big hug and shoulder to cry on if you need it!

Preparing nourishing and restorative postpartum meals and snacks
Providing postpartum pantry tips, meal planning and simple nourishing meal ideas
Setting up a meal train with friends and family

Preparing a soothing herbal perineal spray
Preparing you a herbal Epsom salt bath soak to assist with postpartum healing
Explaining and assisting you with a simple belly binding technique to aid in your post-birth recovery
Listening to your birth experience with an understanding and kind ear
Providing a list of local resources
Providing referrals where required

Light housekeeping and laundry
Errand running including grocery shopping (at your expense)
Monitoring visiting hours

Taking care of baby so that you can rest or shower
Newborn care assistance so parents can bond with older children
Assistance with older children if required

A gentle and balanced package to provide the essential support you'll need for your first 6 weeks postpartum. Ideal for those needing a helping hand.

The 'dream' postpartum package! Ideal for those who want to treat themselves to the ultimate in postpartum care and support for up to 8 weeks.

Weekly visits for the first 6 weeks postpartum.

Full Moon
Particularly suited to those without family close by or with other young children.
12 visits to be used during the first 6 to 8 weeks postpartum. Generally, twice weekly visits for the first 6 weeks (as needed), with any remaining sessions to be used over the remaining 2 weeks.
(Each visit typically lasts between 3-4 hours)

The perfect introduction to postpartum care for those needing a little bit of extra assistance to help ease the transition into motherhood.
Fill Your Freezer
Give yourself the gift of a full postpartum freezer filled to the brim with delicious, healthy meals and snacks to nourish you after the birth of your baby.

A nurturing one-off postpartum session to be taken anytime in the first year. A wonderful gift for those wishing to support a new mother in their lives.
An individual 3-4 hour in-home visit

If you enjoyed your first Eclipse session so much that you would like to invest in a New or Full Moon package, the cost of your first individual Eclipse session will be deducted from the overall cost of the chosen package and one of the sessions from the package will be considered fulfilled (subject to availability at time of enquiry).
Fill Your Freezer
Price: $450
*GST included where applicable
An approximately 6 hour cooking session in your home before (or after) the birth of your baby
A complimentary homemade sourdough loaf
NB: Ingredients are purchased on your behalf prior to the session (at your expense and as agreed with you). Or you can provide them yourself, whichever suits!

You enquire and we schedule a quick chat via Zoom
You pick two meals (3-5 portions each), a soup (4-6 portions) and two snacks from the menu provided (I can tailor the menu to suit any dietary preferences you may have)
To make it as easy as possible, leave the supermarket shop up to me! I’ll purchase the ingredients on your behalf (groceries provided at cost and as agreed with you)
However if you prefer, I can send you through an ingredients list with everything I’ll need to cook your chosen recipes and you can have all the ingredients ready for when I arrive
I will cook in your kitchen (leaving it spotless at the end of your session)
All food prepared will be stored in your own containers, ready to be transferred to your freezer or pantry
While I’m cooking we can chat about what your postpartum pantry might look like and I can give you some easy tips for preparing simple and nutritious meals quickly and efficiently
